How does the 7-day free trial work?
Pick any plan — Starter, Automator or Marketer — and your first 7 days are free with everything unlocked, campaigns included. Check every feature against your real customers. If you love it, keep going; if not, walk away and owe nothing.
Which plan should I pick?
Think of it as hiring: Starter answers — every message, 24/7, booked and captured. Automator runs the shop — Google Sheets sync, a team inbox and smart follow-ups. Marketer grows sales — bulk campaigns on the official WhatsApp API. Most single-location businesses start on Starter and upgrade when the inbox proves itself.
Is “unlimited AI replies” really unlimited?
Yes for normal business use: every customer who messages you gets answered, however many times. Bulk outreach is different — that lives on the Marketer plan over the official WhatsApp API with Meta-approved templates, which is the compliant way to broadcast. Blasting from a QR-connected number is what gets WhatsApp numbers banned, so we don’t allow it on any plan.
What exactly is the Marketer plan?
Everything in Automator, plus outbound marketing done properly: send offers, updates and re-engagement campaigns to your customer list over the official WhatsApp Cloud API using Meta-approved templates, see delivered / read / replied for every campaign, and let opt-outs handle themselves. Onboarding setup ($49 value) and priority support are included.
Do campaigns cost extra with WhatsApp/Meta?
Meta charges a small per-message fee for marketing templates, billed by Meta directly to your own Meta account — we add zero markup and never touch it. Your iChatUp price stays flat however much you send, within Meta’s own daily tier limits.
Which WhatsApp number can I connect?
The one you already use — a WhatsApp Business or regular WhatsApp number via Quick Connect (scan a QR) on any plan. Automator and Marketer can also connect a number on the official WhatsApp Cloud API via Meta Embedded Signup. One number per plan; message us if you need more.
What is the Automator plan for?
Businesses that run on Google Sheets and more than one pair of hands. Automator reads your sheet as business memory (rooms, rates, stock, schedules), writes every booking and lead back into it, gives your team a shared inbox with 5 seats, and follows up with quiet leads before they go cold.
What currency will I be charged in?
Prices are shown in your local currency for clarity. Charges are processed securely by our billing partner and, depending on your bank and card, your statement may show the equivalent amount in the processing currency. We never see or store your card details.
How does cancellation work?
